ICS Ltd today introduces RoomWizard to its portfolio of IT Infrastructure Products. RoomWizard is the first web-based system for scheduling meeting rooms and other shared spaces. RoomWizard eliminates the hassle of finding available space by offering everything the client needs to start managing shared meeting rooms or spaces. RoomWizard will display a room's schedule: times, topics, meeting hosts and more, even signalling the room's availability with red or green lights. The touch screen can be used to instantly claim an unoccupied space, delete or extend a reservation.

Network control
RoomWizard allows the customer to integrate shared spaces over any network via Outlook. Every large organisation would really benefit from having RoomWizard in their office environment.
Easy to schedule
RoomWizard displays information easily by a 640 x 480 touch screen TFT LCD that allows the user to view forthcoming meetings with a single touch. They can even customise the display by using company logos etc.
Availability
Bright red and green lights signal a room's availability from a distance – perfect for impromptu meetings or to avoid interrupting a meeting in progress. The touch screen can be used to claim an unoccupied space or instantly extend or delete reservations.
The built in web browser allows the user to view rooms from anywhere that has web access; connectivity is via the Ethernet RJ45 back to the users network.
Reporting feature
RoomWizard's reporting feature allows managers to instantly view any room that has a RoomWizard. Complex reports can be downloaded such as equipment use, ad hoc meetings, meeting over-runs etc, thus providing insight into the needs and actual use of shared spaces.
